The enquiry form and our email inbox are not monitored as an emergency service.

If you are worried about a child or adult at risk

Contact the relevant local safeguarding service — usually children’s or adult social care at the local council where the person lives. Your council’s website will give the number, including an out-of-hours number.

Please do not include unnecessary personal, health or clinical information in the enquiry form. Do not send diagnosis reports, care plans or identification documents through the website. If information of this kind is needed, we will explain how to share it securely.

Raising a concern about Ardenvia
